What is it?

Simply put, House Sheet is a list of your favorite houses on the market. My wife and I are currently in the process of selling our house and looking for a new house. We have been browsing various house listing sites on the internet. I was tracking some of our favorites in an Excel spreadsheet. There were limitations and problems with Excel though, such as:

My wife didn't quite understand how hyperlinks work - how to create and edit them in Excel
Sometimes we would look at houses on our desktop PC, sometimes on the laptop. Keeping the spreadsheet current on both computers was problematic - especially if we were looking on separate computers at the same time!
On occassion we would email our list to our agent to have her give us more information or set up appointments to view homes, or to family members to get feedback. Often the spreadsheet would come back with additional listings, comments, information, etc. Again, if we happened to update our spreadsheet, this become a nuisance.
I wanted a way to plug in images to some of my listings to remind me of what the home looked like. I couldn't find a "good" way to do this in Excel

Now I know there are Excel ~~nerds~~ gurus our there that could probably find solutions for the drawbacks I listed above, but I'm not one of them, nor do I want to be. But I did know how to write a website that could solve my problems. So, two days later, I had something more useful for me and now I'm sharing it with you.
